GROUND-PENETRATING RADAR (GPR)
Ground Penetrating Radar is a non-destructive means to accurately inspect concrete and structure, measure slab thickness and locate rebars, PT cables, conduits, and voids.
CONCRETE CORE CORING
We can do concrete core drilling from 1″ to 60″ in diameter for testing or running conduits through walls, slabs, and columns. These services are often combined with concrete scan, concrete scanning, and GPR for concrete scanning to ensure precise and safe drilling.
HALF-CELL CORROSION MAPPING ASTM C-876
The purpose of the half-cell potential measurement is to measure the potentials on the surface of the concrete in order to predict the potential field. The potential measurement is used to predict the state of rebar corrosion in concrete. This technique allows for the plotting of a potential contour map of the concrete surface, which can be used to identify the corroding areas and estimate the probability of corrosion.
WINDSOR PROBE ASTM C-803
The Windsor Probe system is a non- destructive rapid and accurate means to determine the concrete compressive strength of a structure by driving a probe into the concrete with a known amount of force.
ANCHORS PULL TESTING
Testing the pullout strength of industrial fixings is becoming an essential and legal part of health and safety in the construction industry. The main purpose of performing this test is to determine the reliability and load capacity of fixings including Anchor bolt, Scaffold Anchors, and Safety Lifeline Anchors.
